EL SEGUNDO, CA -- Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC) announced the acquisition of privately-owned Datatrac Information Services for an undisclosed sum. Datatrac provides records digitization & management, IT lifecycle support and contact center services to the Federal government. CSC stated that the acquisition of Datatrac would strengthen CSC's ability to compete for work within the Department of Homeland Security and will fold the company into its Security & Intelligence division.
